Shipping & Refund Policy

Shipping:

Shipping is calculated upon checkout.  Items will be sent using Australia Post.  To keep shipping prices economical, we offer NON-TRACKING for single/small items. If you would like tracking, please select the Parcel Post Satchel postage option, as we will not be responsible for any undelivered/lost mail by Australia Post. 

Once payment has been cleared, IN STOCK orders are usually dispatched in 1 - 3 business day.  For PRE-ORDERS and SUPERHERO TUTUS expected delivery will be 3 - 5 weeks.  Please refer to Australia Post website for estimated delivery times. The estimated times are used as a guide only, we will not be responsible for late or delayed deliveries due to Australia Post or circumstances beyond our control. 

Please ensure you provide us with the correct delivery address (this includes the mailing address on your PayPal Account) as we will not be responsible for delivery to the wrong address. An extra shipping fee will be charged to the customer before the item is shipped out again. 

 

 

Refund & Exchange:

Currently we do not offer exchanges.

Refunds will be given only when a product has been deemed faulty. If you think your product may come under this category, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. 

Please ensure you refer to the measurements provided relating to each item, as refunds will not be given for wrong size selection or change of mind. The item must be unused and in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, odourless, unsoiled, tags still attached and in its correct bag/packaging.
All items will be inspected on return and then processed accordingly.  Refunds will not be provided on items we do not receive or on items not in its original condition.
